  1. wow Kirves! couldnt have put it anybetter, its named after the small-circle wrist extension that pushes your radius bone out. it can be used in almost all of the SCJJ techinques.

  7. i just kinda go throught the motions of the move, and i find it helps when i get to accually doin it because i know what to do better then if i dont practise.

  11. no i am not say that 80% of TKD is not effective i am saying FLYING kicks are not effective, and have you ever trained in TKD or had any real expirience of it?

  15. i find it hard to buy but im not completely sure if i dont buy it, i think im gonna have to ask my sensei to explain, and if im lucky get him to put me to sleep.

  17. i have to agree with kensai, you have an amazing lack of respect. i find it incredable that you could say something like that about 10 TKD masters. please will you keep your offending comments to your self.
  18. if anyone doesnt know about these, they involve knocking out your partner with out touching them. put "no touch KO" into google and you should get some videos. does anyone know how these work? can anyone here do it? i was mightyly impressed when i saw it.

  20. tradtional arts are the way forward, but theres alot to be said about non-traditional arts.
  21. i just got this book off amazon and i have to say it is very good. i think you need some expeirence in some of the techniques, to really get the hang of it but if any of you havnt got a book to read, get this. very interesting. anyone else read it? what you think?
