Bon I agree with that. Al I was saying is that you can't say well he or she has a problem and will never be able to reach this leval. I do think that ones mental ability can make up for his or her physcial ability. However it don't work the other way IMO.....

Be yourself. Don't try and do everything the same way you Sensei does. Teach what you know. Stick to the really simple stuff don't try and show off. Always build up your kids never tear them down.

KK Taditionally lower ranks do not ask higher ranks to spar. Kind of a disrespect thing. However with that said higher ranks should not pick on people to spar with either but thats differant. Anyhow. Asking for help is much differant that to make a challenge. I don't see that you did anything wrong but you got to respect you sensei. Note some teachers don't want other people teaching their kids. I mean do it my way or don't do it. I don't know your teacher but some people are really closed minded. So make the best of it.

TR was a tough SOB. LOL. Just a list of things he did. 1. No....No.....and..........NO Im sorry to those who disagree but there is no way a 8 year old or a kid below High School IMO can be sound enought mentally to have a blackbelt. I made mine when I was 18 and a SR. In High School and I flet I was not old enought then. I personally will not test my kids for Shodan until they get to the age of 16. Then I will only do it for "good kids" in class, school, and home. Respect is hard to earn and eaisy to loose my blackbelts will represent me and our school and my teachers to the best of their ability. That can;t be done with out mental and emotional development.

Yes..... Here are my reasons why? 1. Each person must be judged on his or her own ability. If I can do Rocket science, If I can Bench 500lbs, if I can break 20 bricks, and if I have won dozens of fights that does not make me a blackblet. Each person must show their physical, mental, and emotional ability. IF we do not let him or her because this or that we might as well judge them by the color of their skin. 2. If a person is mean enough to hurt someone or should I say crazy enought to hurt someone wearing a blackbelt don't make him or her more crazy. When stuff upstairs snaps it don't matter what you know. If nothing else the training they had should help them control their actions. 3. If a 5 year old kid can wear a blackbelt any one with a low IQ can too IMO. Blackbelts are given way to freely today. I really don't think JFK living would have impacted the world in a great way. The US may not have went to Vietnam and LBJ would have never became president but I really don't think it was a huge event. If your style does kata. Do it over and over so you will not forget them. You can never do a kata enough even the lower onves. If not invest in a punching bag and have fun. It will help with speed, power, endurance, etc.

god is basically anything you believe in. so to believe in no god is the same as believing is somethings thus that becomes your god. Yeah that may be a bit out there but everyone believes in something. I mean do you think we just poped up here? If so that is your god. Do you believe in big bang? that is your god. Do you think the rock outside is magic? Thats your god. Do you think there is nothing in the world that can help you but a cold beer, tv, and sexy woman? Well if so that is your god. God is what we put first in our life that gives us a reason for being. It don't have to be one of the great monotheistic gods. Which is what most refer to when talking about being an atheist.

Ok I am a poor typer I admit it. The people of Palestine are good people but they do have a lot of hardliners. In fact truth be known I would bet a lot of the attacks blamed on them are actually being carried out by HAMAS or other groups. A few years ago I felt Arafat was doing a good job. I felt he was wanting peace. Now I don't know? When was the last time he asked the bombings to stop? He may be weak but he is their leader and if he speaks some will listen. Also if he does speak then if Isreal were to attack they would look like the bad guys no the PLO or Arafat. As far as weapons go. Which you refer to my Patton quote. The Palestian people are quit well armed for a people with no tax base or county. Our own American Revolution proved the lesser advanced country can win. America learned that again in Vietnam as have many many coutries in other places and times. Isreal can bomb Palestian for the next 100 years and vice versa but you can not kill and idea. These 2 people will never be best of friends but at the same time they don't have to be at each others throats. As far as American backing of Isreal we will. America is a Christian contry despite the fact we don't sponser a state religon. Our leaders and people know what our Bible teaches about Isreal so we won't turn on them. As far as aide. You ever head of the Marshall Pan. The US rebuilt Europe after WWII. We also rebuilt Japan. We send millions in food and medicine to Irag but Saddam won't let the people have it. Bottom line for things to end a few things have to happen. 1. Arafat has to denounce violence and reinforce it. 2. Once that happens Isreal will honor that and stop its attacks. 3. When that happens America will oversee the formation of a new Palestine. 4. Once the state is formed some sort of inspection will have to go on for both sides to prevent a war. It amazes me that 2 people with religons based on non violence and love can hate each other.

It is possible to go into the future. Proven fact. All we have to do is move at the speed of light or really close to it. Its not that we go into time but our ageing process slows down the faster we move. This was proved back in the 1940's after WWII. With that said their is a bunch of places I would like to see and be.
