  1. they usually all do wrestling or somethign too. they should just call them selves mma'ers but whatever.
  2. a doctor once told me (the kind who specializes in the spine, i forget the name) that if you bend over to pick up anything heavier than a sheet of paper, youve hurt your lower back. now, obviously, hes not saying if you pick up a pencile with that paper that youll ever have problems with it, but i think his point was pretty clear. do hyper extensions if you want to target your lower back, dont mess them up with dead lifts. the spine at its base is simple not designed for it, and though many people do them and never have problems, many do.
  3. the chest, triceps, shoulders are the primary muscles, if you will. however, more of your power comes from your hips, so your abs and obliques do a lot of the work too. so do your legs. and, if your technique is proper (or even if it isnt) your back is involved, and of course your biceps. so to review: chest, shoulders, triceps, abs/core, back, biceps, legs. a whole-body weight training regiment will help with those punches, but make sure youre practicing punching too.
  4. okay, so what do you mean exactly? am i not yet ready for such a routine? or should i go ahead and do it, in which case: how sore should i be before i risk hurthing my muscles?
  5. hey everyone- i have a basic weight lifting question: how sore (and for how long) should you be after a good lifting routine? some people say no more than a day or two, some say 4 or even 5 is okay.. so long as you dont workout until youve not been sore for 2 days. whats better for gaining size?
  6. i dont think she was thinking rationally, she did that panicy fight or flight thing.
  7. hey there everyone. has anyone ever tried or known someone who used the suppliment Secretagogue-One? Im wondering how it is and all that.
