I assume we're talking Kilos? What training do you do now? It depends on how much weight training you've done & to what level. If you're new to weights I'd say you could put on 5kg of muscle in about 6 months if you're a "hardgainer".

Ad - we're talking (or I am) about development stretching, not maintenance or warm up stretching.

Ok here it is. This morning I weighed in at 13st 4lbs - That's 186lbs or 84.5kg My goal is to get down to 172lbs by the end of April. I also want to ensure thjat I loose no muscle mass during the process. I'll do my bodyfat% tonight - neeed a new battery for my calipers. So - who's next? I'll check in each day with weight & how the diet & training is going. I plan to cut calories to 1500 per day, increase cardio work, and eat a high protein, low complex carb diet.

Ok - but I too have alarms bells ringing at what you describe! Guro Inosanto Not Guru Are you sure he has been taught by Guro Inosanto? Seems very odd. I know of some who claim to represent the IAMA but actually have just attended a bunch of seminars! -

It means taking your joint to or slightly beyond full extention i.e. straigtening it fully - "locking it out". The danger is that by going to full extention there is no room for error - any extra movement leads you into the dangerous world of hyper-extention

If you believe the hype & do the loading phase as recommended then you will need a LOT of water. After that it's pretty normal - as an athlete you should be drinking a lot of water anyway. For those that take it - what is your daily dose?

I take it 4 weeks on, 1 week off. It does exactly what it says on the tin
