if you can get children under 7-8 to concentrate fo more than 30minutes youve done well then you need to break it up with a little frun and games we have nearly 30 children @ our school and you cant make it seem monotinus or you lose them

i dont like sparring against beginners its so difficult but interesting at the same time their control is out the window,... kick are low,... timing awkward and you are a pratt if you hit them back (you just cant win)lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think the belt system is well and truly flawed how can clubs just add kyu grades at there will just to line there pockets it should be regulated also time is important between grade for experience

in ten yrs i hope i can continue at the speed im going although i doubt it 5 times a week can take its toll maybe i will cut it down but we will see
