TKD_MAGEE..sounds good to me. another point is, any time you do your high kicking or any kicking for that matter you run the risk of injury....thats why a good warm up and/ or regular consistant stretching is required at all times.......

don't worry; be happy...i have a few TKD quiz's under my sleeves when GOLD is done with his........

i think this should go in the general martial arts section so others can check this out too......

i'll have to wait till i have some time.......but will look soon.........
