  1. i'm laughing here... after reviewing this thread i wonder how any of us are going to survive when we can't even get started or know our teams.........(truly laughing outloud)...
  2. ladies please.........i wanna hang out with the girls here...........
  3. with all due respect..........you'll be surprised what a mature body can retain after some time off......i base my info on experience; what do you base your info on?.......... ...there is such a thing called muscle memory to assist in recovery of loss flexibility......for a current example; at 38 years michael jordan is coming along just fine in his third comeback and it looks like he will be a factor to deal with soon.......
  4. as with tradition...............the debate continues.....
  5. welcome to karate forums AHAZMAKSYA........ the best and easiest to learn, is the art of avoidance and not being there when the attack comes....otherwise it take years of dedication and practice to become proficient at the physical aspects of any martial art. just rushman's humble opinion......

  16. yes; these are all good suggestions and advise... i can only add that you take your time (patience) and never stop trying to reach your goal.........flexibility is one of the first things to go when you stop........ i am always working on my flexibility in my daily life such as watching t.v, and riding in elevators alone...it has saved me from pulling muscles when walking on wet floors and slipping in to the splits by accident. patience and flexibilty is the key to being injury free and to life. just rushman's humble opinion...
