I live near Centralia Washington(like 1.5 hours north of Portland on I-5) The Muay Thai place i went to (I cant go now because of my work schedule) was in Centralia there was a guy from Portland. He would make the drive two to three times a week and work out for two to four hours. I know it would be a hassel but i liked the place, if you would like more info on it like time, price, place, etc. just email me at d_myhre@hotmail.com

  5. First of all you are never to old to start Muay Thai. If I were you I would start running or doining something to get into shape
  6. Never had the chance to watch pride but i here it is very good.

  9. First of all talking steriods is very DUMB If i were you i would take a multi vitamin, vitamin c, and a calcium pill every morning. I am gong to start this workout in 7 weeks, i just started a very very tough weight training program.

  11. I also want to start training in Krav Maga! But i live in a small town and there is no place to train within an 8 hour drive. Little to far away to take.
  12. I have had like 8 monthes of Muay Thai or Kickboxing. I heard Krav Maga was alot like Muay Thai but with a more realistic view to it. Is this true? Is this a good enough foundation to learn from books and or videos.
  13. that is the question. I wanted to learn Krav Maga but there are not any school in my area. And i am gong to college in the fall and wont be able to afford any lessons. Can anyone give me advise on how i can do this. thanks

  18. Thwack why no shin kicks? Look in the phone book for MA schools. or just drive 'round and look for one.
  19. i will try it either this summer, in the fall, or next summer. DOnt want to have to run that far with snow on the ground orin the air for that matter
