I would recommend checking with your GP if you are deficient in Iron or Vitamin B12 as both deficiencies might cause tiredness and fatigue Great post yes exactly! To this I'll add check your diet, you maybe simply not getting what the body needs or at the least enough of what it needs! from my own experiences! I was working towards the national championships last year, and being so focused on that single task I completely lost track of the larger picture, the result was for about a week ten days I was a slug always tiered and feeling weak. I'd manged to completely remove carbs from diet! Not sure how I managed it but as soon as I had a good handful of sandwiches and bowls of grain based cereal I was up active and full of energy! Do check your diet! Diet is a good point to check as well
Thank you Sensi8 for your nice compliment and very informative and detailed post. I will try as much as I can to follow your advice I really appreciate it
Nice Video Hawkmoon Not sure if one day I will be able to try it or not ... I think you have to go through a very very long journey with Kyokushin to reach there !!
I had my first Kyokushin Class last week and due to my work shifts I can do it only once a week. My question is: What can I do to prepare myself for the next class ? I mean in terms of exercises, stretching, food, resting, etc...
21/01/2014 First MA class in my life. It was a Kyokushin karate. I was bit confused what we have been doing as I have no previous experience with MA but I wish next classes I will be more familiar and be able to record in this thread
Thanks Hwakmoon for the advice .... I really liked it yes I will wait for more that 24 hours as due to my working shifts & the classes times, I can do only 1 class a week
Just finished my first Kyokushin class and actually it's the first MA class in my life. It's a very nice dojo .. good instructor and very nice & helpful guys training there. I liked it. I don't need to say that every single muscle in my body is sore
