  1. Im 15 about 5'7 and 150 pounds i lift 3 times a week and do cardio everday i lift and two days out of the week i have karate class and i dont eat sugar and try to eat as little processed foods i can im in decent shape but i can not get the fat layer of my abs to go down like when i flex you can kinda of see them but like not when i dont and when i do its still not that defined how can i fix this?
  2. im 5'7 to 5'8 and about 145 to 150 pounds i kinda wanna play quarterback but im open to more positions but i really didn't like blocking when i played

  5. I wrestled a year in junior high and almost a year in highschool but really really disliked it so i quit. But i study isshinryu and jujitsu and plan to continue training then in another year or two maybe train in some muay thai or kickboxing until im 18.Anyway i want to try to fight in the cage when i get old enough but ive heard the way the training and fights are a lot like wrestling in any case i wouldnt want to do mma.so i want to ask do you think i would like mma? And am i wrong about it being like wrestling?

  8. I am doing strong lifts 5x5. I started because i was advised to it by someone on here(thanks by the way i'm really loving it!!)so do strong lifts 3 days of the week and 15 minutes cardio before each lift.Then the two days not including the weekend i have class.I don't really do much on the weekend and i was thinking about starting to go to one muay thai class a week.Anyway i was going to do basics one day i have class and all of my kata 5 times on the other days but i'm still skeptical about the plan i want feedback is this to much? not enough? if not what else should i do to help my martial arts improve to it's full potential?

I currently do not study any chinese martial arts but have always wanted to,one problem there is no schools in my area that teach in chinese martial arts and not any for a long ways a way any way i could train at home in a way that will actually help like i dont want to try and train at home and do it all wrong so when i get older i could go find a school that offers the style i have trained in

  15. Any other isshinryu karateka out there can you give me an estimate on how long it takes to be a master at isshinryu? I know it takes a very very long time I'm just curious
