well i can do splits 3 ways and splits between chairs.

You want me to show u my Stretching routine from start to finish ?? as what type of stretches and length of stretch ??

Well Simple set Goals that u can achieve, and look fwd to stretching. I love to stretch 3 times a week i stretch for 90 minutes per session, plus stretching in my class so thats 5 times a week. I do 4 leads up. 1. is a warm up getting my temp up 3 degrees 2. i use a pully and do 3 sets of small stretches 3. I now go hard on my home made stretching machine 4. I now can do 3 sets of splits on the chair..

Why do a 180 Degree kick Cause im 5ft 6 and that kick gives me a 6ft 10 kick, Its just a goal....

I would make sure u get a good massage or even a good warm bath sore muscles are fun. ya know ya worked hard....

My Next Goal in Stretching is doing splits cold, Now to achieve that i will have to be able to stretch at least 10 degrees past splits. and 180 degree kick

I did a complete flat split ( Side) On 2 Chairs... Finally took me 18 months of Stretching but i now can do fully Flat Splits. Talk about having a hard goal.....

As I said im my post before, "DONT BE A THUG" I have walked away from many a fight, Even tho I know i could kick there * all the way to hell and back. But why im the better man walking away. Hitting first is acting a THUG simple. If one of my students told me he did that i would not teach him no more. I dont teach aggression or Thuggary. I teach Self Defence and respect

Same I can do splits in all 3 ways, But this comes from Hard work as keeping the ability is as hard as achiving it...

Depends on what type of stretching you are doing that sets the frequently. I stretch 4 times a week , Thats because i do 90 minutes of Ismoteric Stretches and its hard work, But i can also do all 3 way splits. It includes my horsemans stand with 50kg weights and lunges. I use a set pattern for 3 months then i change my stretching routine to different stretches but ismoteric stretches...

3 months Till Black Belt Test ideas needed

Grading day has been and gone last saturday, I am the proud owner of my 1ST DAN thank youy all. This is how my grading went. Patterns fiest 30 minutes of patterns i did 80% then my board breaks I got all board breaks no misses and best of all no one's fingers were hurt. The test of endurance 16 Black belts V Me for 50 minutes 1 after another after another i got knocked down so many times, Every time i got knocked down i got back up no way i was staying down. It all came down to me enjoying my grading to the best i could and i did the best i could .... -

YoungGrasshopper I have been using Skipping or jump rope as my core Anerobic Exercise, I do 10 x 3 minute rounds with 5 pound leg weights, I started this like 2 months ago, I finaly went for a 5km run and i did it so easy. I will say skipping , jumping rope is the best form of Cardo there is Plus the extra benifits that you also recieve... I do 30 second intervial in my 3 minutes so 6 different skipping foot works. -
Ok with my weigh training i train on a split 4 on 1 off day 1 bench press, lat pull down, shoulders day 2 legs day 3 bench, lat pulldown , shoulders day 4 legs day 5 rest Now i dont train to get big but rather to be strong i do not do go hard as to faliure....

Need advice on my weekly level of training im doing. Monday - 6am Patterns 12pm - 12.30pm Skipping 4.30pm - 6.30pm weights & Stretching & bag workout 6.30pm - 3 x 2km Run Tuesday 6am Pattern 12pm - 12.30pm Skipping 4.30pm - 5.30pm - weights 6.pm - 8.30pm Taekwondo Dojo Wednesday - 6am Pattern 12pm - 12.30pm Skipping 4.30pm - 6.30pm weights & Stretching & bag workout 6.30pm - 3 x 2km Run Thursday 6am Pattern 12pm - 12.30pm Skipping 4.30pm - 5.30pm - weights 6.pm - 8.30pm Taekwondo Dojo Friday Rest day Sat & Sun Weights & Stretching plus Patterns I am doing this so hard as my Black Belt Test is on in 5 weeks so im just training a bit harder.... so far im feeling on top of the world.... but do you feel im over training at all. ??

I find this statment a bit harsh. I will be going for my black belt in 4 weeks and it has take me 18 months due to the fact i also was a 2nd dan in another style. I started back at white belt and i work hard to be where i am . I train 4 times a week at my club plus 25hrs a week at home Training.. So your statment is a bit off key....

well im 5ft 6 and weigh 64kg or 140 pounds i have 5 % body fat. I feel im quite muscluar and ripped and i have worked so hard to be as strong and fit as i am, And i am only going to get better.

Thats all i have been doing to prepare for my Black Belt Test. My cardo is Skipping and if u get into a good routine it works great and within a few months your fitness level will be brillant, But hint stick with it....

Well its been 2 weeks since i started using leg weights and as long as u dont try to go over board with the impac it is working. I have me heart rate after the skipping at 180bpm within 30 seconds i can get that down to 110bpm The idea is working but with care. Cheers

I agree, If i see someone do the splits i will jumped in the splits as well. Simple answer is Cause i can and also i cant warm up without doing the splits. So if they call u a showoff THANK THEM. Thats all i do as there is only a few of us that can do all 3 splits. Im just starting on doing splits between chairs so wait till i do them with weights we will see who is the freak and yes its me......

Started doing these jumping with the leg weights. I will say now its frigging hard all i could manage was 6 sets before i was drained, So cool to be that stuffed..... Cheers all

I just want a few opitions on what i may or may not plan on doing with my skipping routine. I can skip full on for 3 minutes and i dont want to go any longer as its my Anerobic Fitness i want to work on. So i was planing to do skipping with 5 pounds of leg weights on my ankels or its 2.5kg..... I know the dangers of this but if i control the bounce and the height so i do not have much inpact on my knees. What ya all think of this and good or bad idea ?????.
