Well what i do to motivate myself is to set your self Goals, Short term and long term goal. I have 3 months training plans weekly plans. Also look fwd to training, make your Goal gainable and flexible.

I can do that with no stretch being realy felt. There has to be a way of getting a good stretch without hurting the knees

no idea as i just started using them.

Im starting to get a slight knee pain from stretching the thigh. This is how I stretch my thigh. while on your knees any foot is out front, my back leg heel is at my bum and i stretch the thigh that way, Harsh but gets a great stretch. I have to stop doing them for ovious reasons. No matter what i try i cant seem to get a good thigh stretch. Any Ideas please that you know that will give my thigh a great stretch with out any pressure on the knee. Thank you

Best way to use them i felt was thinking they were a extension of ,y arm. hurts like hell when ya get slammed

I did mine through TAFE, depends on where u are. Usally they are run by some sort of federation. Start looking to see if there is a Federation for personal Trainers.

U need to burn to grow, My words of advice for Max size is super set or negitive reps. stick 2 the 3 chest building exercise bench incline flys Do this for 3 months see the difference

If you want to bulk up you have to start burning ya biceps and trcieps. Either start doing super Sets or Negitive Reps, now they burn.

Does strength training with weights take away speed? You asked-- Well I been doing weights for 3 months now, hard training, I havnt lost no speed. I am extremly fast so maybe if there was a loss of speed i cant notice it. Plus i do a lot of speed ball training for speed. Reading the 3 main exercise that are done. 1. Dead Lifts --- can u replace that with squats or u trying to work lower back and hamstring. 2.Bench press - do u alternate bettwenn incline ? 3. Weight pull ups --- close grip as well ?? -
I works from 6am till 3pm, when i get home i do my weights work out then straight onto my stretching this takes me 2 hrs. I dont have no problems feeling zombie or anything as im keep active while at work. as in my dynamic stretches.

Simple Fix. I sit at my desk 8 hrs a day. but the last 6 Months This is what i will have been doing and advise to do. Dymanic Stretching twice a day I do them first thing in the Morning then again while at work in lunch time. They only take me 10 minutes each time. This will make you supple and will help you when u go to training. Just search on Dymanic Stretching and your Questions will be answered.

My Dojo did some playing with fighting sticks but now they stopped but i want to keep on going even at home. These are Bamboo sticks the length of your arm. Any book names or web pages that may help me Thank You in Advance

Try it, Jogging u use ya legs mainly, as Skipping its more impact and since when does a mile take 9-13 minutes, ahhh im sorry im Australian im thinking 1 Km which is 1.6 km = 1 mile.

So you saying do complete body work out everyday. Ya i can see my self working out for longer than the 2 hrs a day -
A handstand start doing against a wall, Make sure u are completly straight. Hint u need a Instructor to help. So look at adults classes if you want to start.

I did gymnastics for 15 years, Master 1 move and u can then do just about any thing. Master the hand stand, I mean all gymnastics works off the handstand. I can still hold a handstand for as long as i want to without moving. Master that then work on more.

I would set up at Circuit Station have like 10 stations 1 sit ups 2 push ups 3 jumping jacks ETC so u are getting your muscles ready to train and also u work on ya Cardio as well.

Yes, very addictive they are, i love it cant get enough of the bag. so much fun to use and yes reflexes will pick up. Im hoping. thanks guys for the input.

Looks like you do not have the strength in your wrists, and other areas, To do the weights that you have been doing. Try doing strength exercises for those weaker areas,

Yes and try kicking it, Damn hard as hell to kick it.

Agreed, Jumping spinning kicks are so readable. As when people use them on me i just side step and own them when they land.

You seriously have no idea what a Floor to Ceiling bag is. Its the size of a small soccer ball. Boxers use them for reflex ability. Im just lost on what exercise i can do.

A floor to ceiling bag , you know its has to electic bands holding top to bag and bag to ground floor, so when u hit the bag it bounces all over the place.
