Skipping has a lot of advantage over Jogging. First is the impact that jogging has on the Knees and back and ankles. Also 3 Minutes of Skipping is worth 1 mile of jogging. Cordination improves plus the benifit of Cardo work out.

simple answer is what im doing in weight training. 3 days on 1 day off day 1 chest and tricepts day 2 back and biceps day 3 legs and shoulders day 4 off dymanic stretchs at 6am and 12pm everyday isometric stretches Tues, Thur, Sat and Sun If you are after a more detailed training, I have all this on a word doc and can send to you. This is a proven fact to work. -
I been stretching for 5 months. im only 3 inches from full side splits. My hint to anyone stretching is to make sure the stretching exercise that you are doing are for stretching nothing worse than doing a exercise that does you no good. Look foward to stretching. I stretch 3 times a day 2 x dymanic stretches and my Isometric stretches i do 4 times a week after my strength training. enjoy the training and your gains will be amazing.

Need help on my Roundhouse or slapping kick. or Turning kick. My problem is when i try to do a hard kick i seem to hurt my toes, As they feel like that the toes are not being turned back so that i use the base of the foot. My toes are very sore and now my brain says i aint kicking hard on that kick as it hurts. My problem could be my hip not being in the correct position. Or my toes cant pull back enough. Any ideas please.

sounds good i been stretching for 3 months now and im just a few inches away from side splits. Im now doing dynamic stretchs twice a day morning and midday for 3 months im seeing how that will go.

1st Grading in 15 years
Looneyas replied to Looneyas's topic in TKD, TSD, Hapkido, and Korean Martial Arts
Yes I was so worried over nothing, As The grading was easy to do it was me being worried in front of 200 people watching the gradings. That didnt help my nerves at all. Good luck, Remember it all comes together on the day. I also had 2 days off my own training before i did the gradings. -
I do both stretching Dymanic in the mornings, These stretching are teaching your muscles to relax and resetting the lenghtening muscle memory, so that you can kick high with no warm up. I dont stretch after class as i stretch at home morning and night every day. Isometric stretches are the hardest to do and quickest but most dangerous, due to the way you are stretching.
