Yup, I still drop my sai. Over twist the bo. dont release at the right moment with tonfa. Forget to time the twirl with the nunchuka. And dont twist the kama at the proper angle.

Took me a bit to remember but assassin's creed

I'm sure I was told same thing but unfortunately I lost my job same day I had surgery so I needed to recupe quick to start looking again.

I use the century water filled bag stand in my apartment, thankfully I'm on the ground floor.

yup, agree with above but I will add role model in there as well.

God I love to cook. My fave dish when in season is trout and wild rice (have my own recipe for it). Other things I guess would be baked macronii and cheese, chicken parm, my own special roastbeef and gravy sandwiches (messy ), and my own chili recipe.

A 3 yr olds attention spam is very limited on what they want to do. Let me emphasize "what they want to do". My teacher looked into it and decided 5 was the best age to teach a child. They are either already in kindergarten or getting ready. They are interacting with more kids at this age too. 3 yr olds and even some 4 are still to attached to there parent(s). Still get cranky if they dont have there nap and will sit out if something doesnt interest them. I learned most of that from a day care teacher when we were looking into it. Some wont be use to the Ki or the constant activities either. This is where you'll start running into crying cause they might be too tired. Something hurts. So on and so forth. Thats bout all I can think of at the moment though.

havent done em in over 10 yrs since i made a mistake. Usually haven someone else do em now.

Thats good, I was afraid it was gonna be like battlestar galactic, I'm trying to catch up on that and I'm so confused I cant understand whats going on.
-
I watched the first season of it then forgot the 2nd started and havent bothered since unfortunately. Can I pretty much understand whats going on by picking it up now??
-
it depends on the night. We try to break up a routine so its not the same everynight so as not to cause boredom in the student.

Yup, right here. I had a removal of 2/3rds of my L4 disc i think it was. Not sure what the procedure was called now. Recoup time depends on you. I never went to physical therapy and did all the therapy myself. I lost my job so had to do all of it. I think after my 2nd week I got bored and started on simple things like walking with a cane for starters. There's some things I still have trouble doing though. One of them is doing toe touches. I get up every morning and do stretches for a bit to loosen up. Sit for a bit and relax before I get my boots on. Then I'm ready for the day. My procedure was probably more intense then what you had though. I can really feel the weather change and have to watch how I twist and move but all in all I would say first week relax. 2nd week start walking around to loosen up those tight muscles. I will say this, it took me over 2 yrs to be able to start jogging even though its more of a walk jog but its me putting myself through my own therapy to get stronger again. Hope this helps a little for you.

Dont feel bad Erin I thought the same thing when I first started with it. Never thought you could whack yourself in the head with it but I did it. I was always intimidated by the sai. I thought those where gonna be hard to learn but it was the oppisite with me.

I went through something similiar a long time ago. my doc pretty much said I was using muscles I havent used in a long time and they weren't use to that kind of stress. I went in for the electro therapy and took some pain pills till it started healing itself. Problem is once you start experiencing what you have its hard to actually get rid of unless you know what exactly you are doing to trigger the spasm. I try to keep up with all forms of exercise to make sure I work everything out. But what you are doing is bout the best home treatment. Heat and cold is your friend for these kind of injuries till you can be scheduled in for the therapy.

a bit long but I liked it. Havent watched simpson's in a long while though.

believe it or not I had some problems with Bo also Erin. What I did which worked for me but not all was to practice blindfolded with someone. They would give me instructions on what I was doing right or wrong and in my minds eye I could see it. Now I can pretty much work around the bo like a expert but I still like to throw a blindfold on from time to time.

well for one I'm a big star wars fan (all of them). Two those are ..........just awesome. I remember when legos where just basic trucks and what not. The imaginative team that creates those really have out done themselves on what I've seen being released in stores like Toys R Us where they might have a display case for it.

Are punch bag mitts good for heavy bag?
BDPulver replied to GhostFighter's topic in Equipment and Gear
well you gotta remember these where ex boxers we trained and to them it seemed a bit much on em. for someone like us its just natural cause of the conditioning. -
I'm lucky I've never pulled a ab muscle yet....(knock on wood)

I agree with whats been said so far. Dynamic in retrospect can mean a lot of things considering. Some of the situation, surroundings and so forth. I dont think to me in opinion would stem to something like xma. Thats just flashy moves to look good for a jugde.
