In America a cop that pulls over a women is much more likely to give her a break than a male. That is bull crap if you ask me. My sister was going 55 in a 35 and got a warning. I was going 60 in a 55 and got a $100 ticket. The first time I was ever stopped. No warning ever for me. I also got a fine for having studded tires 1 day after they were suppose to be off. I have no respect for the cops around here because they do not respect anyone. They act like arogant a@##$%#. In small towns women get much less tickets than males. Specially teen males.

Welcome Back. Push yourself but not to far. Usually when you feel as though your going to pass out that is a good sign to stop. (trust me I know) I used to push myself to far sometimes. Slowly gain your strength back. In this case just make a goal of what you think you can do and do it for a week. Then raise the bar a little for the next week. Eat correctly during this perion also. If you have not been working out and you suddenly start again don't be surprized if you don't put the weight back on as fast. It will probably taper off then you will start gaining muscle weight. I think all MA are good as long as taught correctly. As for the gun issue that will never be resolved in the United States. Our crime rate however is not as bad as many countries make it out to be.

I would take both but hey if you can't try one if you don't like it go to the other.

I've been in the MA for 12 yrs. I study a form of Karate (Goshin Jutsu) Brown Belt I don't have a favorite art. I want to learn them all.

Their are a lot of great fighters who are probably not even know. Pit fights and othe (illegal) fights happen all the time. I would not say Bruce Lee was one of the best fighters. He never had an established fight record. Helio and Rickson Gracie were good but now I believe they are to commercial. (although I still would not fight them) Morehai Ueshiba was suppose to be untoachable. Some say that this little man still did not faulter in his technique even to his death. Masutatsu Oyama,Kanken Toyama were also good. It is hard to name just one. Actually it is impossible for me to name one.

Stay commited to it. Remember there are a lot of techniques not shown in books. When you get a chance and time to take classes I would say go for it. You seem to want to learn. And you will probably already have the basics

That is what Saddam wants is for everyone to get mad. It is sick but it is war. Many people were executed during WW1 and WW2. Not to mention Vietnam and Korea. They just were not shown to the public. All Saddam wants is to get the attention of those who hate America and get aid and help out of them. A simple thing like executing Americans may show that he is not backing down and to these people that small item may allow for them to start helping him.

I heard that Russia and France have secretly been suppling Iraq with weapons. This could just be rumor but it would not surprize me the least. Also it is believed that North Korea may start helping them.

They aren't nessarily protesting them becoming free. The protest are all probably driven by different things but I honestly do not think it is because of Freedom of Iraq. They will never be free anyway. Even if you get rid of Saddam then another will step into his place. America also does not have a good track record of placing leaders into countries. It just does not work. So I don't think it is the freedom they are protesting. I do not agree one bit with us being over in Iraq. I mayself protest the war. One thing however is that I support the soilders and pray for a safe return of all who fight in this war. Not just Americans. Bush is basically just allowing our people and others to get killed because Saddam makes us mad. Sacraficing his people. I don't see him sacrificing himself. I can garantee he does not want to die but he will send the people he leads to die. I support all who are there and all who help the US. That does not mean I support what Bush is doing. I do not support him at all. Its kind of a weird subject that I bring up here. I do believe that people can support the troops and hope for a win to the war and still not support the war itself.

Our school has a low black belt base. Mainly because it is really hard to get a black belt. We never really have had any quit. Life has caught up with a couple of them or a falling out with instructors. A few have started their own schools or work all day long. I only know of like 4 that have actually quit doing it.
