Do any of you suffer with joint problems? If you do how do you deal with it, especially when a dr can't help and its all down to self help to ease it? I'm having problems with my right elbow, it's seriously effecting my training because i'm finding it hard to punch, block and perform strikes like uraken and elbow strikes. It's only painful when i bend it. Second is my left ankle, the pain is mainly at the side (outside) and front of the ankle. This is even worse for my training because of stances, moving around ect. So would support bandages help? My only problem with them is that they may restrict my bloodflow?? Do you guys think this could lead to more serious issues like artiritus when im older?

no i think stress is a natural emotion thats very hard to surpress. All those things i listed i love, im a real coffee head, drink around 10-15 cups per day...i know that sounds bad but i do buy decaffinated lol

Hi guys, does anyone have this game or has anyone completed it? I have just completed Lego Indiana Jones on the PS3 and i thought it was an awesome game so i decided to buy the Star Wars one. I am still liking it but i find it much harder than the Indiana Jones and i am so stuck on a certain level and i was wondering if anyone could help me because i can't progress in that particular section. The level in question is called 'rescue the princess.' I seem to be getting to a dead end in a corridor, there is a door at the end of the corridor where bad guys come out, there is also a line of switches on either side of the corridor. I keep pulling the switches and they go green but as soon as i pull the others the first ones go red! I hope someone can help...any serious gamers out there would understand how frustrating this is for me

I have a 16 bit mega drive here but i haven't used it for a long time, it's all covered in dust i don't even know if it works. Besides im affraid my PS3 takes it's place.

Brian thanks for that info but please don't baffle me with all that math stuff Yeah the baby fish food i got is frozen, some kind of shrimp spawn. You just break a bit off and defrost it and pour it in. It goes like very fine powder when its in the water.

Got to be the sega mega drive i think cos i just love the streets of rage series and that game called columns, you could play that game for hours and hours. I also like the super nintendo, super mario brothers was awesome.

2-3 times a week for an hour a time. Also get involved with club comps and demo's when i can.

Can't wait to see this film, some of my faves are of the fantasy/adventure type.

Unit price? Do you mean the price of the mummy fish? She cost me £2.99. Babies are doing fine. I had to buy some baby fish food for them cos they need feeding tiny amounts but often. They are still really cute. Woohoo cant wait for them to grow.

Cheers Brian. We had a fab night. 11 of us went for a meal in a posh resteraunt, it was lovely. Then we went on for drinks. I was a little drunk, took me a while to recover on sunday which wasn't such a good thing because i had demo training hehe

I feel very comfortable in my gi but i'm not so obsessed i will wear it all the time Although i do feel very proud when i do have to wear it outside, for instance going from the car to the dojo or performing in an outside demo.

Doesn't run in our family. Myself and brother trained together but he gave it up around 15 years ago at 4th Kyu. My son trained with me for a while but he also gave it up around 4th Kyu. So i'm the only one that reached 1st Dan and who is only actively training right now.

I have always wanted to meet Jackie Chan, i think he's fab. But im not sure if i'm being drawn to his cheeky funny side or his Martial arts If i could pick someone to train with it would probably be Steven Seagal.

If i could chose 5 to keep they would be Nujishio (cant spell it), Jion, Hangetsu, Heian Yondan, Bassai-Sho. As it happens they are my faves anyway, love practising them.

Hey guys. A really mad thing happened to me yesterday. I went to our local aquarium to buy some more tropical fish for my tank. I bought a female swordtail and a female dalmation molly. Anyway the man put them in the bag and i took the home. When i went to put them in my tank i got the shock of my life! My swordtail had around 30 other fishies in there with her! She had given birth in the bag on my way home. I was so excited and shocked. I managed to separate her from the young, otherwise she would have eaten them. Unfortunatly i have lost more than half of them, i think i have around 10 left. I can't wait to rear them and see how they grow and what kind of colours they develop. ooooo its so exciting lol
