  3. mlee, whatever extra you do mate will be of benefit to you, even only for 4-5 months. If you really like it you could find another class to attend.
  4. I'd like to fight one of the greats, Chuck Norris, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Mr Blobby. Just to see how much more I have to learn.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope you get better soon.
  16. We have a sensei that has just started to do Jiu-jutsu and always trys the chokes and holds on me. It does depend on which choke they have got you in and it is all about knowing what to do for each choke. Front choke is the easiest to break, a swift knee/kick to the groin, thrusting the palm of your hand upwards towards the nose (I know I could kill them but if someones choking me I know who I want to be standing at the end). Rear choke, depends on your size, im a big guy so i would just roll over or fall back with them still attached. I'm not saying that if someone walked up behind me in the street i wouldn't panic because I would, however its nice to know how to get out of them.
  17. Congrats Frogg.... KSN Doug great article, although I get up at 5:20am as I work about 2 hours away. I always used to moan about not having the time to workout. I had to sacrifice the time I spent on computer games to exercise but I feel alot better now, used to spend at least an hour on the xbox instead I now put my music on and exercise.
  18. I had the same pains after running. As Sohan said take some time off and try and get back into it slowly. If you intend to do alot of skipping you might want to try some really soft trainers, preferably with air pockets?
  19. I have to agree with Meguro, if its an all week thing then you might want to change the schedule about a bit. You might want to think about adding some 'games' in. Something like dodgeball or something that keeps them moving and fit but at the same time they need to enjoy it.
  20. What I would love would be a full fry up, however to keep my figure it normally turns into a banana and a sandwich.
  21. Thanks for the link, yeah it was good fun but smaller than last year.
  22. Thanks, and no worries that website is great.
  23. Don't know really just liked the name and have stuck with it, normally on forums and on xbox live
