  1. Wow he actually tells you how to make your own. Although mine doesn't look as good.
  2. They are quite hard to do (still haven't done one) and they hurt like hell when you mess it up.
  3. Our Sensei is very very hot on foot positioning for all kicks, roundhouse and side and he says your toes should always point the opposite way. Something about more power and hip rotation. I have to admit the extra power is very noticeable however you do feel over commited.

  7. Might be a bit scary without the jumper on the end. If someone see's you swinging a hammer round witha a jumper on it they'll think your strange. If they saw you just swinging a hammer round i think PC plod would be visiting.

  9. Hi Kember Welcome to KF, I get the pain in the same place but I get it in both sides. I have started to stetch more and also I am doing some light strethening moves. I find I still get the pain sometimes but I get it alot less. How long have you had it?

  12. Great idea and it also means that you have to do proper push ups and hold yourself up, not doing them at 200 mph.

  14. Ok this is going to sound a rather odd question but what oats do you use for the oatmeal? I have tried to look for just oats but most are porriage oats, whats the best to look for?
  15. Joe, thought I would just change my statement, I am taking creatine, drinking plenty but I am also getting a few cramps. Not really painful but still not pleasent.
  16. Wow, that sounds like a shake and a half. 1/2 a cup of peanut butter!!! Gonna have to give this one a try, I think this would be most peoples daily carlorie allowance. Getting a proper blender for christmas as my one at the moment doesn't do ice. I only have my mega shakes on my hard workout days, although I was thinking about having them everyday, just bulk a bit quicker.

  19. Not as far as im aware, its just parts of your body growing at different rates. My biggest problem was my knee's couldn't ever lean on them but now im fine, its just a case of time. If they hurt all the time and alot then I recommend the best cure......... a hot bath and a hot chocolate. (Note the hot chocolate does nothing for the pain but it tastes nice).
  20. Thanks sohan never thought of the non-fat yogurt. The peanut butter is good as im trying to gain some weight. Not keen on pineapple but whats milled flax seed, I have never heard of it?
  21. Sorry Umerte but ps1 is right, growing pains.... ever time I went to the doctor he would just say its growing pains. I'm sure if I had a broken leg it would have been growing pains...... (sorry off topic). The best thing to do is just stretch slowly and do things a bit more carefully.
  22. Well, it got a laugh anyway. I thought the idea of self defence would be to subdue the attacker with one or two moves not 3 minutes later. Oh and that big bloke could have just sat on her.

  24. I was checking through some other forums and came across a nice simple mega shake. Thanks to D1ez at abcbodybuilding for the recipe: 1 Cup Oatmeal 2 Tbs peanut butter whey protein 1 Banana 20oz Water 3 Ice Cubes Blend the lot and drink, may seem like a simple idea but I never thought of it. I have strawberry flavoured protein but he used chocolate. You need to really blend the oatmeal well else you get a lot at the bottom (but even that tastes nice). Note: Make sure your blender can crush ice (else you'll break it).
