  9. I don't believe leopard is a style in and of it's self.there may be leopard forms but I'm sure they are just a part of a particular system.

  12. standing in the horse stance or any other stance teaches you to root.If you have a poor root say in a horse stance then when you move your horse is not going to be any better,so first you have to learn how to root in a non moveable stance first then move on to rooting while moving.In Wing Chun,the style I practice the first form does not move.Its because if your root is no good why bother to move on to the second level which teaches a movable root and other things..

  15. The way I would deal with a hook punch if it was at my head.I would raise my elbow to up toshoulder level or a little higher and use the point of the elbow to block struck his arm while at the same time counter with the other hand and strick to the head or throat..

  23. HI...The style I practice we dont have a lunching punch so I cant say anymore about that.As far as blocking we use both linear and circular movements.The way we use power in blocks is from correct structure of the human body to absorb his energy and returning it back to him.
  24. Thinking of nothing is something,so don't think.Observe your sensations in your meditation but don't focus on it.Be part of it,but don't be in it.. The large pink spots I'm not sure..was your hands cold?
