Damien Van Damme......A good chi gong set to start off with is 8 pieces of brocade.It's a very popular set and is easy to do.There are many books and videos on this set.
The first Dummy I had I made out of a telephone pole and used table legs for the arms.I would not recomend this.To many splinters on my hand lol...I paid about a $1000.00 about 7yrs ago on mine.One thing you can do is use PVC its much cheaper some dummy makes use PVC also.Myself I like the wood.Plastic does not appeal to me.
I dont think he looks fat..I agaree his a bit old to pull it off.Like you said it would be good to see him train his kid instead.It would be good to see get killed in the ring .
Well forms are used to show princples and when you practice them you perform them in the proper form,however in a fight you can modify them to fit your needs.
I've only studied Tai Chi for a little while.I studied the yang style.The styles I'm aware of are Yang,Chen,Wu,How,Sun,Wu Dong..All tai Chi is taoist boxing since its based on taoist principles.

Yes your right stoneheart there are many styles of long fist.the one I was referring to is a style of long fist created I believe by the chin wu associating that conbined many styles like mantis and eagle caw.This style of long fist has many sets.
