  1. we call it sticky legs in Wing Chun.It's a two man drill to develope sensitivity in the legs,same as the hands as in Chi sao.

  8. you can not tell by looking at someone if he or she is a good fighter.My sifu when you look at him looks like a nerd,but he can certainly fight.Looks dont tell you anything..

  10. carry a big stick with you or something that you could use as a weapon. Learning to fight is a life long commitment and unless your commited to it don't waste your time trying to learn something from a book or DVD.

  14. I could give you some advice on Wing Chun.I've been training it for 25 years. If you really want to learn Wing Chun.I would either wait until you get a little older and travel to find a good Sifu or get a few people you kknow together that wants to learn Wing Chun.Contact a Wing Chun Sifu and ask him to come and dua weekend seminar or workshop.Then ever 6 months say have him comeback to learn more...

  20. There are many different syle of Mantis.The to general ones are northern and southern.both are good styles but are very different.

I believe Hark Fu Mun is Black Tiger which was renamed Fu Jow Pai.Hark Fu Moon supposed to be a very old Shaolin style but was somewhat modified over time.I don't remeber the names of the traditioal forms ,but If you look under Fu Fow Pai I believe it's similair.There are other Tiger Styles like Shungtung Black tiger but its very different.That tiger style comes from that part of China where it was developed.

Great movie..it's one of the first gong fu movies I remember seeing in the movie theathersAs far as the 5 styles some do exists like the snake style is well known but the others Im not so sure.There some are shaolin systems that have all those forms in them but they are not systems on there own.

  25. Instead of tring to find if Chi exists or don't why not just try it out and see for your self if it's real or not.
