  9. likedGlad you liked the video. Yeah I was going to show my feet but I did not have a camera man so I just focused on my upper body. I figured most people have seen the foot work and know what I'm doing.

  14. sorry for the later reply.My internet went down for a few weeks.. You start within the first month of training depending on how fast you pick up the basics. That's cool. I'm of the opinion that applications training should start very early in training, and continue to be refined from then on.I agree also. I teach applications early on. As soon as you can perform the physical movement the student should know what it means and how to use it. I have 3 levels of applications for each movements 1st level is the simplest to understand and perform, 2nd level is a little more difficult because its based off your opponets counter,and the 3rd level is an advance level so the student at this level has a good understand of the art and has the ability to modifie it to fix the situation.

  19. yes I'm using two hands,,im using a slight angle to cut into the power point of the kick. Are you angling into the kick, or away from the kick? Typically, I angle away from the kick, so I have room for a counter.I'm angling slightly away from the kick.
