Almost ever linage has different account how WCK came about.It's nice to read them all but how much is fact and made up is hard to tell.We can only safely go back so far for certainly.

I agree WC is a good style but I believe the teacher makes the biggest difference more then the style.I say that because I've had 7 WC teaches in th epast but its the one I'm with now that I've made fast progress.If you have a great teracher he can make you great.If you have a so so teacher well good luck..

Hello and welcome...It's nice to hear from a MA from China.

I have heard of it but never studied it.The HFY WCK looks to me to be similiar to the traditional WC of William Chueng..

Learning the form would not be so easy but to do it correctly would take a sifu to fix the mistakes.Books and tapes are good to have but could never be anywhere as good as the real thing.It would be better for you to find an other style instead to learn WCK from a book.Some times finding a good teacher is more important then the style.
