I just carry my kubaton, but I'd like to carry an impenetrable forcefeild!

My fiance and I have kubatons. I love it- I just pull it out (key chain, so totally acceptable) if I get a funny feeling or anything. One seminar helped me learn how to take what I know and apply it for use with the kubaton- not bad! You do have to take it off all the time, though, to go into hospitals, on planes, etc., but I'm pretty sure they aren't illegal anywhere.

If it doesn't change what the other guy has, definately a gun! It's handy far away, close up, wherever. I think that if you are assuming that the knife is out of it's holder, then you have to also assume that the gun is.

I drive a white 99 Chevy Cavalier that I bought from my mom. I drive about... 65 miles per day, 5 days a week.

Maybe I was confusing before- I have used the real system. Like I said, it's good, but I think that you'll get the most out of it if you have some sort of foundation, like using the Pimsleur or getting an "on tape" sort of thing.

That's awesome that you are beginning to study a new language! I've been studying Mandarin for a few years, and found that Rosetta Stone was just at the right level for me, so I think that it helps in that program to have a little background. I do have another suggestion! Pimsleur is great Ipod or car listening, and a little easier. Honestly, RS is going to teach you more, but you may want to get started with Pimsleur so the Rosetta Stone time you put in is more productive.

That's really a "what mood am I in" sort of thing for me. I love standing up and pounding people if I'm going for that, but sometimes its fun to play on the ground.

Well, that cute little puppy needed something from the cute little puppy store and outside they were adopting out others. While chatting with one of the volunteers, Dante curled up and fell asleep with another puppy (now, Sirius). Here's a video Also I got 4 hermit crabs and boy are they funny!

Yeh, I've studied bioengineering for years and there are some angles at which it takes very little pressure to actually damage (not just hurt) your knee. Though I should have been smarter, when I hurt my knee two years ago I didn't see someone for like 10 months and I paid for it. Torn this or that can easily be fixed with many out-patient surgeries, and careful rehab by someone with a degree in it is usually the best bet for exercises to aid in the healing process.

No contest. One on one there is a valid discussion, but when you are in someone's guard, his 3 friends can just beat on you at will. When someone with friends mounts you, just plan on being dead.

With Randy it was also that he wasn't being paid that much. When UFC bought Pride, they agreed to pay a lot of the guys 6 figure salaries win or loose, where some UFC guys get $5000 when they win. It sucks, but its what they had to do to get the Pride guys to go to UFC and not another league. Dana was reporting that Randy was making second most in the league after Chuck, but that was including his own sponsors. Also, Faydor may have seen how badly Pride guys are doing in UFC (not used to the cuts do to elbow, and thus not properly defending, plus some like the ring's corners to stick people in, but the octagon is easier to get out of being trapped against a corner) and not want to go loose.

I once saw a camoflauge gi at a BJJ seminar... it was quite funny and rediculous. I stand by black, though, as far as stain hiding goes. I know white is traditional, but I hate smelling people's bleachy gi's or feeling nasty because I have smears of dirt or blood all over.
