  1. thanx again master jules for your great posts as always.But yeah anyways if this is to restore health to certain organs can this cure deseases?Because I have a rare kidney condition that supposedly has no cure but can be controlled.Or can it just help better my condition?Also how does this benefit martial arts training?And sometime ago I read a little about this chi kung in black belt magazine.It said that this guy could shift his organs around and change the pH levels in his body,also a bunch of other unique things

  4. well my punching bag is kinda tender from the beatings I give it so I don't think it's gonna deform my knuckles.Also I'm punching random things through out the day and I've noticed that my skin is getting tougher in my hands.Also I heard some hard core Karate people in Japan meditate under really cold water to harden their bodies so should I take really cold showers for those results.Oh and will practicing blocks with partners toughen my forearms?

San shou also known as San da is for Chinese martial arts schools so if let's say u where to visit a shaolin school San shou/san da would be part of their curriculum.I guess u could say it's the sport aspect of kung-fu.As for comparing it to muay thai it does have similarities but the one people haven't mentioned yet is that in San shou/San da u can't use elbows or knees.They will teach u how to use them but u can't spar with those moves.

I don't think it's disrespectful, common were in the 21st century not in feudal japan.Anyways i see u train in ju jitsu, did your sensei get mad when u trained in that style?i hope not.But training in other styles is just becoming more versatile,train in as many styles as u prefer it's not bad

  16. how do u know when to test for your next belt in Goju Ryu?Do they just go and tell u or wut?Because I havent seen anyone with stripes on their belts to indicate their knowledge

  21. How come mainly kids are the ones enrolled at martial art schools?,there are a pretty good ampount of adults but not as much as i would like to see. Is this like a new trend or something,instead of soccer moms will there be karate moms or Martial Mommy's?
  22. How come people say that it takes a really long time to master kata?And what du ya mean by dealing with applications?So you know the moves in a kata. Is every body part at the correct angle? Is your weight tranferring properly fom one position to another. Do you have correct focus. Are you stiff when you shold be relaxed? Is your foot position correct on EVERY move.. Is your breating correct? Do you undersand the timing in each set of moves? It's not 1-2-3 with perfectly spaced timing. Why do you sink your werght on some moves and raise it on others? That block- what's the application? Do you know how to use it as an attack? How do you make it a takedown? How do you use it as an escape. Can you use it moving IN to the attacker, and what's the correct angle. Why do you do that tiny twist at the end of a specific technique. And so on, and so on and . . . So you think you can master all this, plus much more, in just a couple of months? I don't think i can master this in a couple of months believe me.What is a bunkai?
  23. do cardiovasculr exercises and if your school offers it, take a bag class.Also u can train like boxers and use heavy gloves to build up speed,power,and endurance
  24. I think this is the reson for the mostly kicking basis in this country.I heard somewhere that when Korean MA where flourishing so was arts and crafts so thay wanted to preserve their hands and used mainly kicks.is this y?
