  1. I've been wondering about ong-bak also,but as for capoeria I heard that halle berry uses it in catwoman and also in the rundown they have this one fight scene in the jungle were they uses capoiera as it's taking place is brazil

  4. Hey everybody ,prom was pretty cool.I followed the advice given.No nothing happened but i still had a great time and a bunch of memories of friends to cherish.I think I didnt do that bad with dancing and somebody even took a pic of me dancing. So yeah,thanx for the advice everybody

  7. at my dojo people volunteer to go and guys always volunteer to go with guys and girls always volunteer to with girls
  8. can u get the same benefits from kick boxing and muay thai?
  9. wing chun because I believe that's what works best for that type of situation.I'm not trying to insult the other stlyes but Muay thai is more sport oriented and tang soo do is good too ,but it isn't as know for that type of situation as wing chun is

  11. Goju ryu is also based on low kicks and a lot of self defense so I guess Northern Shaolin would be a better idea.But I still want to hear about choy lee fut.

  13. I would personaly go with either hapkido or jeet kune do.Because both cover all areas of fighting.Go with hapkido if u want something more traditional or jkd if u want more modern things that just get the job done.

  16. Right now i practice Goju Ryu but when I spar is it ok for me to use some of the movements from my previus style or should I just stick to my new one.
  17. well I guess this might work.Instead of doing regular push ups do them with your arms as close to your body so u will work your triceps harder,then after a while of doing them go back to regular push ups and u will see a big increase since your body became acustomed to the hard ones.And if u can ,put your feet on top of something and do them like I said with your arms tucked in.

I didn't join because of the time (wasn't too convenient on my schedule).But if I did have a way to get there in time, I would definately join.Because they look lika a really qualified school and u have to work for what u get.Also the facility is really good.And the school goes to tournaments in Brazil all the time,oh and every now and then some brazilian guy comes to america to give seminars
  21. I did become more confident but I didnt go around causing truble.But what I do have to admit was that at school I kinda became a show off by trying to do all this kicks and moves on my friends
