mines was wednesday.Sensei put me up against a 8th kyu brown belt and me being only a yellow belt i was intimidated before even starting. Then it started and i was just overcome with hand combinations but i blocked a pretty good deal though. Then I got into kicking range and started to get some good combos, but then the match ended. Hmm, "good times" -

Infrazael can u put your last post in more simple terms please, and also how does clf compare to northern shaolin?Oh and one more thing is there a difference between choy lee fut and choy lay fut? -

dont say things like this. The ones who are feared most on this planet, are the ones who train the hardest, no matter the style, wat u put in is wat you get, there is no magical way around that. If you train goju once-twice a week, you wont be anything special. Just like if you train any other style that ammount. but if you go to goju class 5 days a week, and train really hard, givin that your dojo has a high level of teachin. You will become a great karateka. both of the things u said are very true. The only thing though is that like you said I only go about twice a week due to transportation, but hopefully that will change come august. But even though i only go half the amount of classes offered i still do a little training at home and on the bag.

Question about stretching, something is wrong
Goju_boi replied to DaChroniclez's topic in Health and Fitness
maybe it's just in your positioning(feet to far away or too close)or maybe if u just push harder u will achieve it
