  1. It would be stupid not wear a cup during any sparring match.Because even without meaning to do it u can accidentaly get a hard punch or kick to the land down under.
  2. hey guys I've noticed lately while working on the punching bag that my left round kicks are much weaker than my right.What can be the cause of this and how can I improve them?Also will sitting in horse stance for a long time help me with my kicks? thanx in advance-Goju_boi

  7. thanx guys,i was just curious because no one ever really talks about this.Also the dojo where I go they primarily teach goju ryu and they call it samurai martial sports so i wjust wanted to clear it up

  9. I know that the art of ninjas is ninjutsu,but what is the art of the samurai?Is it any of the sword arts,ju-jutsu,karate,or what?
  10. well at the McDojo i used to go to costed me $120 for 2 30 minute classes a week. But the Goju ryu dojoi go 2 now charges $78 a month for 4 one hour classes with access to the weights,punching bags,medicine balls,makiwara,etc.
  11. i've been reading "Black Belt magazine" and lately they have been talking about this a lot, they say u can use cables and do your kicks and punches with them.If u want a better explanation go pick it up.
  12. That movie was off the chain!I loved all the comedy and especially all the action in it.i would certainly recomend it if youre into action and comedy.

  19. I'm part of the club 2.As for me it doesn't affect my balence or alignement.But my knees have been hurting badly(dunno if u seen my other post it tells all bout my problem).have u experienced this also, dtstaichi?

  21. while it is really strong i honestly don't think it's good for a reallife situation,because as said before u don't want your back to the enemy and it also takes more time to execute than other moves

  24. back to skeptics,yeah that does work on girls.Because they find it kinda unique for a guy to do that and will ask u about it. And as for benefits it gives u better hand to eye cordination and helps u focus A LOT!
