  2. creatine also helps you in your cardiovascular conditioning,not just muscle/strength.With that said you can last a longer time without getting exhausted and get a leaner body.
  3. you guys have been saying that adrenaline saps your energy,right?Well when you have an adrenaline rush don't you get more energy and strength?
  4. a lot of karate styles are based off kung fu,is shorin ryu based of northern shaolin or some other kung fu style?Also I thought that shorinji kempo was the art based off shaolin?

  13. well first you need to make sure the school that you study tai chi at , teaches the combat aspect also

  22. Type of the uniform. Try tournament cut (shorter sleeves and pantlegs) next. You can also take your do-gi to a local seamstress and get it fixed to your prefered length. hmm good advice,thanks.I might just do the seamstress thing because it's still good for a while.
  23. that's pretty much what I've heard,except that some have more emphasis on sticks,others on blades,and some on empty hand techniques.
