I would be leery and stay away.

The girls in our kung fu class could beat up all of us guys. They are better at the forms and make great assistant instructors. We have as many females as males when it comes to assistant instructors.

There was one of the newer students in the school who tried to mimick some of the other older students doing a particular excersize. As he tried to do it, he fell on his bottom. He was ok and embarrased. We all got a good natured laugh out of it.

If I have to do one more Chinese Chair Squat I'm going to croak.
