I disagree. No, my point is not to prove any thing is better , I just wanted to share this event with you. The rules are, NO elbow, and no san shou sweeps, and fighing in the muay thai ring instead of the san shou ring (which is a huge difference). San Shou stance is more side ways like the boxers and the Muay Thai stance is more of facing your whole body the person. San Shou stance is also more erect then boxers and thai boxer. There are 7 fighters one each side not 6. They fought only yesterday and I got the chinese newspaper. The results are 4 for china and 3 for thailand. Thailand offered the fight and got 3 month to get ready and the chinese got 25 days. Out of the thai fighters are two weight class champion, which weight class? I don't kown. Also, the light weight chinese got knocked down because the illegal use of elbow. I don't know who won that one thou.

I got the News, The san shou fighters got 25 days to get ready for the fight, and the muay thai people got 3 month to train for the fight. thailand guessed that it will be 5 wins for them and 2 loses. china guessed 50 50 chance. the results are 4 wins china and 3 wins thailand. haha, i think thailand was talking to big there.

i just heard the news today. A specail force officer that is a master in kung fu will be fighting thailand muay thai champion. I have no idea how the fight is going to be thou. they are fighting today. i'll have the news by tommorr.

I train take teakwondo classes but I love San Shou and MuayThai. If teakwondo can fight in the ring full contact, then I would love teakwondo to .

I am trying for foot ball for school and I have to stay after school from 3:00 to 7:00 for pratice. AT 7:45, I go to teakwondo to 9:00 . Then I have to study. I have no time to train on my own now! Do you think that the hard running and tacking in foot ball will help me out? Or should I forget about about foot ball and go for training all day? Mybe this is a dumb question but, I am have a hard time to decide. (Also, I hate to wear the tight pants! )

Same here man. I am planning to drive all the way to new york for san shou training. If you are true with muay Thai, stick to that art only.

If I were you, now this is the truth, I would train but not fight. Then I will be a coach. Watching your students win makes you feel like you are winning to. You don't get physical hurt but mentaly because seeing you favorite fighter getting hurt. Then you could promote the art.

Also, San Shou has sweeps which is not allow in MuayThai. Also, the side kick is the trade mark in San Shou while the round house kick in for MuayThai.

Since the man started the new one, why not keep it I like the weapon of choice, the sword. In real life, I like the chinese staff. Wu Son killed a tiger with a wooden staff. You need strong bones to fight in the ring so I kick hard sand bags but do you know any other ways to make you bones harder.

No, my all nighters are all party, hang out, train. I had at least 20 all nighters. This one is annoying because I didn't do anything at all. I was just up stand and sit. You know how it feels? Bored and can't sleep. I won't mind a having fun at 3 in the morning but this is just to boring.

"A real man (or lady ) makes his (her) own fate" I don't really belive in living every day like you last. I belive you should have a plan for everything and nothing is done in one day. If I know that I WILL die the next day, I will, just spend time with my family and do crazy things like hard drugs. Since I will not die for about 60 years, I will never do drugs.
