I didnt' really read other post and I didnt' know if they said this but, You should do more kick and punches then that. My goses, 200 hooks, 500 jabs eatch side, 500 side kick. I mean 15 hooks takes 15 seconds to do.

Splits arnt' so hard, so no body really train on it. It comes naturally for me. Perfect 180. I alway kicking so its easy.

Oh man , I got one. Before when I fight I would forget everything and see nothing, Judy swinging. Then I trianed and that day I felt like I was high. This guy was starting with me and my boys. I fought him and I wasn't scared or anything, it felt like a dream. He was swinging like hell and I just doged. Oh yea, I didn't really fight him cause I didn't hit back at all. Doing splits so you wont' hurt your self when you kick. I can do perfect splits but i kick 30 percent low kicks, 50 percent middle kicks and 20 percent high kicks.
