I am a young male on the skinny side. I am muscular, but I'm skinny, if that makes any sense at all. I want to look muscular and gain some weight. What's the best thing for this? I am working on eating a lot more than I usually do, which is a lot. I work a speed bag and do pullups. What else can I eat/ do, etc? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
At my dojo, if you have a black belt that's worn, it's better than having a new looking black belt. They look worn because the retract hand creates friction that wears down the belt. It's the true test of whether or not your doing your retract hand correctly.
The sand increases traction. This allows the car to move. If the wheels are spinning, you have no traction. You don't put sand by the back wheels because those don't drive the car on a foward wheel drive car. Hope I cleared it up for you.
I would recommend this. My school teaches that the legs should be in a L shape, with the knee perpindicular to the floor. so here's the front foot L here's the back foot Try placing your knee against a wall and sitting in the stance. Read or something while you do this. Sit in the stance for about 5 minutes per leg.
Mine's a Smith and Wesson Homeland Security CK212 with a 4 inch blade and a G-10 handle, which I got at the dojo Christmas gift exchange. What's yours?
I "made" a pretty good weapon in the PE locker with my PE shirt. A kid I know was changing and I snapped it against him perfectly. He's a paintballer but it hurt enough to make him say "OWWW!!!" I've been practicing with it, knocking over things and what not.
pass out on floor after you come to and catch your breath, ushiro geri, tobi geri, mawashi geri, gyaku zuki and 5 minute kiai If you do not pass out on the floor, the kata was not executed properly (don't try this at home, kids)
