Hi Bushido-man Try this one, this is what we do now and then.: push ups to 10 do 1 stand up down and do 2, stand up down and do 3, stand up down and do 4, stand up and so on until you have done ten, Remember to stand up quick then down straight away no pause or rest.. We often say who can do 10 push ups, with out hesitation hands go up, then we do them my way. they end up doing 55 pushups, what makes it worse is the standing up and coming back down to push up position. IT'S A KILLER (try it) . .
