i agree with chan / lee & seagal . although i like watching van damm he tends to use the camera to show 1 move at different camera angles giving us a false allution.

good idea. it's just hard to find books on shukokai in England

I'll gladly answer your questio. Shukokai arrived in britain in the 60's,and was founded by Sensei Tani. It was perfected to develope techniques which can be deliverd with maximum efficincy. YES it is a form of karate.. thanks

o.k we start in the yoi position bow then start. a different person adds on a different move to make the longest KATA in history.. right then i'll start. ( from yoi ) turn left and block down

Just like to say a big HELLO from Manchester England.I am 1st Dan at shukokai karate.I've studied for over 10 years love it.I am assistant instuctor teaching kids class,would not change what i do.I hope i am welcome here..... thanks for your time. CHEERS
