  3. But in Kata you only do a few punches in a row. Im trying to do as many as possible followed by the occasional kicks and strikes.
  4. When Shadow Boxing do you put power into it or do technique. When ever I practice my punches with full force it feels like my arms are being ripped out of their sockets and I get extremley tired (I possibly last 4 seconds). Is this because I don't have much energy or because hitting nothing causes more stress on the body.

  7. Alright but im not really a fan of trance. I prefer the Ryu Narushima (However you spell it). That had some great tunes and moves. This one mainly had head hight kicks and sweeps. Nice Try though mate . It was pretty good.

  14. R.I.P Ariq j/k Well Wado Ryu teaches that the punch is 30% power and 70% retraction. The trick is is to punch as fast as possible then at the last moment tense it. This doesn't waste energy and is fast as well as powerful. Also clenching your fists hard wastes energy. You should clench it as if you have a fly in it which you don't wan't to escape but you don't want to kill. You are the only person who I know that does Wado Ryu full contact. Good luck. Maybe one day I'll be as good as you ato enter a full contact tournament . Im not quite show if thats the answer you wanted. But hey any advice is good enough.Good luck Ariq.

  17. My gardens so infested by weeds that theres only a 1 x 1 Metre square. Great idea aefibird about the Lesisure centre. I hate my area so many thugs. Im glad I don't walk around in my Gi otherwise I would trully get my * handed to me. Thanks for all the tips guys. Already im a bit thinner
  18. Im 15 so I wouldn't be able to afford it. I've took you advice and have started jogging outside. However it's annoying. Everyone looks at you because your the only one running and some people think your running away from someone. Alot of Gangsters also hang around my area so you have to avoid them.
  19. My sensai is so scared about people suing him. That he makes sure no kids do any full contact and is always reminding us not to touch when we punch and kick. However in an adult class he broke one guys rib by doing a reverse kick. Whats funny was that he thought the guy was just being a wimp until he had to go to the hospital
  20. I've druck 2 cups of milk everyday for nearly 2 years and Im wondering if it good. Yes I know the calcium helps your bones and so forth. But looking at the fat content it seems very fat. Anyone else drink alot of milk or try to avoid it?
  21. Yes it did. However im sure it will make alot of noise and my father takes medications to sleep and would get really pissed if I woke him up.
  22. I've made my workout now 45 min (Max I can do) and have every five minutes of joggin followed by 5 pressups or 10 situps. As well as doing more chores in the house like cleaning. Any more suggestions??? Also does jogging just work on the leg muscles as they are the only ones to ache and seem to have lost a bit of weight on them. If not what excersies will burn the fat in my stomach. Oh and thanks for the advice about wearing shoe and jogging on a flat surface. Yes, you were right, my feet were hurting because I was pounding on them when I jogged. They still hurt but alot less. For some strange reason I always land my feet as if im heeling Thanks for all the advice
  23. They start to hurt after a certain time. I thought 30 min was right because after 20 you start burining calories or something like that. How much would you say I should jog for?
  24. I've been jogging on the spot for 30 min everyday. To burn off some fat. As well as other excersises. But i've been wondering if jogging on the spot is the same as jogging. I cannot get out of the house so I've been jogging on the spot in the Garden and Sitting Room. My feet seem to really hurt but im not exhausted. And sweat so much that it stinks like hell. Is this actually working or am I just hurting my feet? All responses will be appreciated
  25. Thanks Boxer. This will diffently change my lifestyle. Could you explan the excersises. I don't really know what they are? I've been doing loadsa situps so i'll guess i'll have to do these excersises.
