As Thai said.....and no disrespect intended, but at 16, it is highly unlikely that you are fully matured. Stay away from the heavy weights, or youll pay for it in the future......Stay with a full body circuit training routine....low weight, and high reps...about 15-20. Try to stick to more multi joint movements, like squats.....stay away from the free weights, and use the machines...they give you a guided plane of motion which is safer, and more effective than freeweights, since they help with keeping proper form when you begin to fatigue.

Good post Jem.....and Thai....like MM said...where ?

Certainly, they would spar with everyone white-black....I would expect that they would conduct themselves in a manner befitting a BB when up against the lower ranks though.

DM......Its really beginning to bother me that weve all been so forthcoming with explaining our backgrounds....and he refuses to.....some of his posts are totally off the wall......Im just curious to know what his knowledge base is.....again....not to bash him.....I just wanna know wheres he's "coming from"

I agree MM.....however...since they have trained before...they already understand how to "learn martial arts" so to speak....I would only expect a faster progression through the ranks, meaning...I would expect them to "get" new techniques a little faster than someone with a clean slate.
