Actually i do 15 knuckle push ups on wood with 3 to 4 sets, im used to it now, but once in a while i hit a nerve in the knuckle and it just makes my whole knuckle become blue and bruised.

hi, is there anybody out there that knows how to use this properly? if so would it be possible to get a demonstration on step by step on basic things to do with the chi sao excerciese. i dont mean written wither, if soebody can tape themselves performing thi it would be great. ive seen bruce lees videos where he practices this but i dont get it, i need a slower step by step. it would be grwat if anybody can tape the selves doing this. thanks

yea i do vertical fist push ups, and i just do it on the front 2 knuckles whish is even harder, god they kill me.

I sprained my toe a year and some ago and it still hurts then i srained it agian 2 months ago and nw its much better, its weird, i guess it got put back in place, but anyway prepare for the worst (mening it mihgt hurt for a long time)

By doing knuckle push ups on wood floor or a hard object will it have thwe same effect on your knuckles as it would by punching something hard?

I doubt it, i think its all in your genes, im 18 wighting at 128-132 pounds and im only 5' 7''. But my muscle to weight ratio is very different, i am pretty musch all cut up and full of muscle and i dont htink i have any fat on my body.

I got kicked in the left thigh a few weeks ago and when i bend down in a squatting position it hurts like a -----. Did i damage my muscle or somethign?

From TKD to Muay Thai

I think its all about how you trained before in TKD, I am also practickin TKD for the 4th yr almost and i am deciding to learn MUay thai soo, andc for me it wont be difficlt or different at all because whenever i sparred in TKD i had the MT style, i kept the hands up thoguh about knees, elbows etc...my style was basically liek a mt practicioner. -

I dont know what hes thinking, i heard he was in the gym and i think i got a glympse of him training and i remember him beeing all slow, hes huge now its all fat mostly so i dont know what hes thinking. Its ok to train but to go back to go into the ring? You have to be crazy. -
Last night at sparring i got kicked in the left thigh in the muscle on top not on the side and OMG i cannot even stand on the leg. My leg feels liek its gonna just snap on the thigh in two. I want to know what happens to your muscle when it gets hit liek this, does it get ripped or somethign?

Damn, I did go to a foot doctor a month ago before the second injury and he told me that it needs rest like u guys said and told me if it bothers me again to get it x rayed so i guess i got to go see him again for an x ray, i dont think its broken though.

Heres what happend: About a year ago i jammed my right toe and it never healed, i could neve rbend it all the way down even to this day, so a few nights ago i jammed that same toe again to the point where the 2 toes next to it became blue and purple. Now its even worse and im scared to kick with my right foot. my question is what am i supposed to do? Wait it out or is there a way that i can work with it to shorten that time? Should i pull it out of its socket? Or just roteate it for a few minutes each day? IM MISERABLE PLEASE HELP. Thanks

Yea im using barbells, i started out with 35lb but im skinny with alot of cuts so i wanted to get more buff and i just increased the weight to 55lb barbells. Thanks for everybodys help

Heres the scenario: I do 4 sets of 10 curls for my bicepts with a 55 pound weight. after i finish each set and i drop the weight down to rest a few sec i realize that the bones in my arms are killing me, i am only 125 - 130 pounds heavy so do you think this is too much for me, im getting kind of scared cuz im 18 and im only like 5' 8'', will this stun my growth by any chance? Should i take it easy on the weights? Thanks
