  5. Taking a warm bath is fine but taking a cold bath is nto fine, heres the reason why. Your are hot after a hard workout and when the cold water hits your body can probasbly do some damage to your body. Think of it as a hot metal grill, its hot, and thats why they say not to put freezing water on it to clean ti when its hot cuz it can crazk, the same goes for your body, thats my logic.

  7. i was sparring wiht my friend last night, he has no training so he basically just goes all out. It was kind of hard becauxe i would just cover up and take the hits than go off on him wiht a couple of shots which would get him obviously but i didnt want to just trhow punches while he was throwing punches. Its weird, i thinki would have more trouble fighting an untrained person than a traINED ONE, because a trained person will just exchange punches and we know both take it wasy but an untrained person jst goes off at you. Somethigh to think about.

  10. "there is a concept used in thai (and most freestyle arts) that is basically called gaining an angle - you want to be squared to your opponent at all times, if you can stay square and make them take an angle to you you have an opening. pretty much why standing side on is such a terrible idea" I didnt understand what this person sai, i took it from another forum, Yes we do stand squared in my gym also but i didint understand what he meant by our opponent angeling off or somethign, can somebody evaluate? thanks
