you don't need a special plan of what to eat or such. There is no magic diet. There is, however, things you should take in moderation. For example, sodas, chocolates, alcohol, or lots of fatty foods aren't a good idea. Also, Dairies aren't exactaly the healthiest thing either. You really can't do some magic calculations for what you're going to eat, when you're going to eat them, and how much. moderation.

For anyone not from the US...a hillbilly would be someone from a rural area, ussually ascotiated with farms, country music, lack of teeth, bathing. The general image wears suspenders, has a straw hat, and says things like "Yall", or "Hyuck"

I'd have to say a Bo, or escrima. There's ALWAYS a stick somewhere around..a pole..a broom...something. it's probably one of the more handy weapons to learn to use

Probably because they realzie that from fetus to 50, all humans do are eat, and break stuff. Martial arts already have break stuff, so why not throw in eat? For other things, Breaking stuff would be as appropriate, so they just do eating, I suppose

How to achieve maximum damage?
Cybren replied to Silverunicorn's topic in General Martial Arts Discussion
Jerry Love, that is slightly flawed yourself. A .50 cal roundprobably has more momentum anyway. It, however, has all of its force focused into one point. That's how bullets go through kevlar vests, or how RPGs blast holes through go through concrete walls. All of the force is focused onto the one point, which converts a blunt smack into a focused peice. The RPG is a little different, but it's the same concept -
Samurai vs. Kali Warrior

During the War of 1812, britain never tried to 'conquer' america. What happened, was that British Admirals were stealing american sailors, because they didn't recognize us as a country. The War ot 1812 was a three way, between the US, the French, and the British. The british even got some good hits in, inclduing Burning down the Presidents house, though modern Canadians take credit for this, that would be like saying US soldiers stationed in Italy are italian troops -

Martial_Artist, just like the US revolutionaries were never 'conquered' by the Brits? The thing with colonial warfare, is that colonies are had to make money. You lose money through a war so sometimes it's a better fiscal discision to just pack up and leave. Should Britain had wanted to, they would of anhilated the colonial Americans. This applies to basically all colonies. -

I don't think you can say you're going to outright do somethng. I'd personally just react to anything he does. Honestally, if I could, i'd run first. If I had to, I'd do whatever it takes to keep myself safe. -

I'd think you'd get just as much "athritic pain" training to bend and lock limbs, given that at one point or another, someone does it to you -
You do understand the term "Martial" itself refers to war. Mostly anything a soldier is taught is a "martial art".
