heh heh, that was one of the main reasons that I chose to learn to play the flute... At school, my initial choice was between the flute and the guitar, but I picked the flute as its far easier to carry a piece of metal round than a whopping great guitar. As I went to schools that didn't have lockers, what I did and [/i]didn't[/i] have to carry around was a mega concern for me at the time. lol, yeah, same here heh..

Hahahaha! Well, that's why I stopped going to piano lessons, cuz I got bored, and besides, I can't carry a piano with me if I want to play for others, so I decided to learn how to play flute instead, cuz I can carry a flute with me in my bag. Actually.. I wanted to play these irish bagpipies too, but.. I don't think that suits for me, hahaha! I just love everything celtic and irish..

I study Shitoryu too, Motobu-ha Kunibakai Shito-ryu, to be exact. I've studied Shito-ryu for 3 years, and one year Wado-ryu. And thank god I didn't choose Wado-ryu, because I find Shito-ryu much more effective. It has so many katas, so I never have a problem with choosing a kata to perform when I'm competeing. Actually, this style reminds me a bit of Kung-Fu, which is really cool.

lol! your kiai is almost like mine. I scream: 'KI-YAAAAAAH!' But it sounds like I didn't even say 'k'. And sometimes, when I spar, I attack quickly with one punch and scream 'kiai' fastly and pull back my hand to my hip.

I still wear this karategi I got from Sweden. And it was my first gi too. I've had it for 4 years and I love it. This gi has seen all my pain, sorrow and moments of happiness.
