  1. Thats a good idea. One thing i found is good, teach the students basic techniques on their own and show them a couple of simple combo's. Then let them work out some combos that work for them.
  2. I agree with Guy_Who_Fights. Try looking on amazon for some books but if you can't find any just train. Easier to learn from a skilled teacher.
  3. Mostly by people who are ignorant to things they know nothing about. e.g. this guy said "don't try any of your chinese sh*t on me".. funny becuase i do karate.

  7. Military strip down the techniques so much that they only teach you the bare essentials. also these days they mostly just shoot there enemies so they dont need to much hand-to-hand training.

  21. I think i sometimes experiance what your talking about kirves. When i havent trained, even for a couple of days i feel very restless and agitated.
