Yeah, Locke seemed to be having a bad day. He seemed perturbed with everyone. Not to say that Charlie didn't deserve to be knocked around a little. From the previews for next week it looks like Jack and Locke are going to get into it about where the guns are. It appears that Locke has hidden them. Should be a good one!

Oh No! You missed a good one. I hope you find another airing of the show. We got to see the Boat Man again. He actuallt sat down and talked this time.

All good theories. I'm beginning to lean towards the nanobots just because it's hard to explain the weird smoke any other way. Remember when Goodwin told Anna that Nathan wasn't taken because he wasn't a good person. What exactly does good mean? It does seem that a awful lot of the losties have tainted pasts and have had time to do a lot of soul searching since being on the island. Well, I'm sure tomorrow we'll know all the answers after watching the show.

Good Points Red. It will be interesting to see how everything pans out. I was looking at one of the LOST forums and noticed a post about images in the smoke that was in front of Ecko. It's amazing how they hide so many things in the show. The only way to see them is to go frame by frame and even then some of the pics aren't very clear. You can make out Ecko and his brother when they were young. The lady at the church, a crucifix. And some other things. They all seem to be related to Ecko's past in some way. Makes you wonder what Locke say when he came face to face with the "Monster". I recorded the show on a DVR and went back today to look for the images in the smoke and they are really there. I wanted to make sure that someone just didn't make them up in Photoshop or something. Here's a link to look at the pics if you want. Well it appears that Mr. Ecko may not have been such a good person earlier in his life. He was kind of forced into however. Ok, the black smoke is wierd. Not sure what to make out of it. We did get a good look at it this time though.

Yes you are right. A bad choice of words on my part. I assumed when the poster asked about giving up rank he had meant the not wearing of his current belt rank at another school, bad assumption on my part. We all know that the color of your belt means very little. I agree that knowledge is indeed the most important part of Martial Arts and is something that can not be taken from you. Sorry for the miss use of words, thanks for the clarification.

I think in most situations when someone is asked to give up their rank it is when they start at a new school. It is the right thing to do unless you have permission from the instructor to wear your belt of rank. It's the "empty your cup" situation where you want to have a open mind to learn a different style. We have had black belts and other belts from other styles come to our class and learn. After they have been there a while and proven themselves to be good practioners of the art our instructor will sometimes let them wear their belts.

I didn't mean that he was a Bad person. Just someone that can handle himself in a certain situations. He seems to be very kind and gentle but is more than capable of taking care of business.
