i would go and watch a class or 2 before committing yourself. As you stated it is under new management and may not be the same as before. For example my old dojo is under new management and they teach a whole different style as to what I was being taught before I left. I also agree with JusticeZero shop around before committing again.
Well it is Pens vs. Hurricanes in the east and Red Wings vs. Black Hawks in the west. Yes my husband is growing a play off beard for the Pens. He looks like grizzly Adams.
Well Happy belated Mother's day to all! Well I got to sleep in for a little bit. Not as long as I wanted to because I had to take care of my horses and my mom horse (since I have my horses at my parents) since she had to work. Then my husband took me to Olive Garden and Barnes and Noble and Half Price Books and my son pick me some butter cups I think that what they are they grow wild in are yard and long side of are road.
Oh, tori! To tell you the truth I feel the same way about snakes. They scare me to to death, I see one an I am gone. It does not matter where I am. I even start to shake when I see them on t.v.
I run on the treadmill mostly because my road is crappy and I have a disc thinning in my lower back so I have trouble with it more so when I run on the road which is very on even and got pot holes that could swallow me whole (got to love what my taxes pay for ). But I do like running out side.
I am just curious to see how many Martial Artist incorporate jogging into there training. And how far do you jog? Ok, I will start. I just started running again a little over a month ago after 15 year lay off. I am now running 3 miles 4-5 days a week.
