AikiGuy, Thank you so much that is good advice, I already had that talk with him and he did try to push my buttons and he knows now that I will not let him get a way with it because he got punished with pushups and burbees when he tryed. But he is doing well, we are doing well. Thank you, you guys!

  12. I was very sad. I am also a Chuck Liddell fan, He underestimated Rashad Evans, he droped his guard more than usual. I think it might have been the perky nibbles, he kept on tweeking them.

  15. where you do practice now, at our dojo we practice 4 days a week, and our sensei is a big fan of conditioning.
  16. Congrats, on the change in life! I worried the same as you when I first started, not picking up things as fast as others or not keeping up (I do not have the best coronation and I'm also very competitive), but it does come and an soon you will be right up there with the rest of the class, so do not worry about that, it will hold back. You diffently are change your life for the better so stay with it, it will come. Also take notes after class when everything is still fresh in your mind, that could help you to remember. That is what I do to remember jabanesse words for techniques. and practicing at home will help to honestly.
  17. It is never to late to get in shape again I started shotokan at the age of 31,I was not in the best of shape but I was not in really bad shape, just take it slow and listen to body. I wish you luck.
