  1. Good point Iamnotworthy. Novic, I would do the right punch, in a school, even though you'd be thrown outta school for a while, I would stick to punching,or maybe just taking him down and controling him like a wrist grab.

  4. if you are a morning person and you are actuall awake in the morning you sould work out before you even eat breakfast. But if your body is not awake in the morning you shouldn't worlout until in is. As if many people are awake in the morning.

  10. If you think your fat, your crazy. I have gotten to starving and stuff, but I find that doesn't even work, to I am trying diets that are sesable.
  11. According to the charts I am over weight, but I have more muscle than most s, I could loose alittle fat, but I am not saying that the fat makes me heavy.
  12. We need 15 katas (might be a couple more my mind is not recalling at this time) History, knowlege, memorized stuff. Self Defense Lots of hours in class And we go through a day of with the teacher. probably more too.

  16. I justed turned 16 today and I have I slight form of scoliosis, I don't really now what all you can't do that would be better. But I think it would be great for pushup cause it keeps your back strait for you! :pony:
  17. I used to do the front splits all the way down, and I was so close for the side ones, but after I started getting strech marks from doing them(is there a way not to get them?), so I stopped streching as much, Lost some flexability but I don't think it matter, cause I can still kick high.
  18. HEY, do you know what time of day you were born? Well I was born at 8:56am 16 years ago. Can you get your drivers lisence yet? I am getting mine tomorrow! But thats cool, I know ALOT of people, even in my SMALL town with a b-day today. Happy birthday. To you and to me and my twin brother!
