  1. Can you loose weight too fast, even if it is a healthy well rounded diet that you are on? I have been doing this diet for a week, I have lost five pounds, its great, but is it too much? I don't think it is cause I get plenty of food, and work out fairly in an easy pace. I like this diet. I just want to know if I should be loosing five pounds per week of the diet....

  6. This "diet" I have done doesn't restrain me to carbs, protien, and veggies, but it is the priority food that this diet wants you to eat. Its just the eatiing healthy and in proper proportions. It doesn't stop me from eating fruits, it just doesn't want me too cause of the fructose in the sugar...

  16. In my karate, our stances are like that all the time, we do not practice deep stances.

  22. Kenshin-Kan Shorin-Ryu. Its pretty versatile, you do kicks, punches, elbows, knees, joint locking, pressure points etc. I find that it is a very practical MA.
