Yeah i agree with all points made here. As Brian says if he has a friendly approach then maybe he can help you with your concerns. I also agree totally with ps1. I once visited a muay thai club and it was scary, that was with master Sken. Like ps1 said you really need to decide what it is that you want. I would advise give it a try for a few lessons (if thats possible) and see how you feel. Good luck.

Yeah thats true Brian. Sometimes you can get a really cheesy MA film with rubbish acting, but the fight scenes can be brilliant.....Just like 'bullet proof monk'!

Hey guys. For christmas this year i'm planning on taking my two boys to lapland. I was looking on the net last night and it looks beautiful. With reindeer sleigh rides, elves, baking cookies with mrs clause and meeting santa himself. And of course the vast amount of snow. I am fed up of english weather at christmas. It's always pouring with rain and gale force winds, we never get any snow. Plus it's so commercialised, the christmas spirit isn't as alive as it used to be and My eldest Ryan is starting to 'not believe' in santa! Anyway while i was looking on the net my eyes almost popped out with shock when i saw the price. With one particular estate agent it was £2625.44. I found the official website for lapland tours and the price dropped considerably to £1095, which includes flights, accommodation and half board. Has anyone ever been to Lapland? Can anyone tell me what it was like and where/how they booked it? I have never been on holiday on my own before so i want to make sure i do it right. Kez x

I agree with this. I have seen a couple of Don Wilson movies and the acting is awful.

The whole tekken selection are my favourite, but i also love the old classic streets of rage!

It does vary, i know loads of different shotokan practitionars whose belt system are different. But here is mine. White Orange Red Yellow Green Purple purple/white brown brown/white brown/white/white black

1. £16 per month 2. Shotokan 3. Lessons available 4 times a week a week but i train 2 4. No special perks.

I don't have a problem with junior black belts, we have quite a few in our club. What does bother me is when they start acting the goat and being silly in the dojo, having a black belt means setting a good example, but kids are kids and they will act the goat occasionally. So if they are behaving lol i will show them respect, but like Brian said earlier i try to show respect regardless of rank

Wow Brian i would love to see meatloaf live, i absolutley love meatloaf, his music is great to train to. I have never been to a concert, and unfortunatly it's nothing i can ever experience because i have a perforated ear drum.

Hey guys just a quick question. I'm on anti-biotics for an ear infection. I know i cannot drink alcohol while taking them so no danger there. I was just wondering after i have finnished the course does anyone know how long they stay in your system, when will it be safe to drink again. I'm just asking because a day after the course on meds finnish i'm going to a birthday party. Kez x
