  1. I'v also started kickboxing recently and the best thing I can tell you is to do a lot of circuit training and hopefully if your are right hard nut your love it, (not for *****s)
  2. At my kickboxing club I always seem to see people come along and who are very gentle and hold back and even those who are experianced. Holding back can make you a much less aggresive and fullfilling fighter. I recommend this book to all courage seekers. 'You can be Positive,Confident, and Courageous' by Aaron Lumpkin. This book definately works since all of my friends that had low self-confidence or lack of courage found it made them this in quick time, it makes your life worth living and I brought it up because in martial arts if you have courage you wont hold back, BUY IT!!!!   3. I have a lot of knowledge on fitness and nutrition and fighting so if you have a problem I'm your man. I have quite a lot of experience in fighting well a lot out side the martial art world. I am 14 years old and I have don E.C.K.A. karate for about 2-3 years when I was about 8. I have recently started kickboxing with the Sama organisation. The reason I said a lot of experience in fighting was because, well I guess I am pretty confrontational, don't get me wrong I'm not a bully thats the people I stand up to and beat the krap out of. Please ask me anything you like I might not know about all the different martial arts of the world but I can still help you find the right one for you.
  4. I kow this might seem a strange thing to do but the best way to feel strained or injured muscles is to exercise them. But do this slowly, it works because while you exercise for example your back your muscles will build up and repaire any stains or other injuries. It works
  5. I would like to know of a martial that that you can defend yourself by out-fighting the oppenant. I am 14 years old and am very tough and hard so maybe that can help you find a martial art for me. I have experiance in fighting as well.

  7. II would like to know what is the best martial art for me? I am 14 yeas old and am experianced in fighting. I weigh around 65kg and about 5.6ft. My personality is hars man attitude and I am going into the Marines when I am older. Can you sugest the best Martial art for self-defence for me?
