I one time when I was 13 went to school and I was Ill, so my enemy took advantage of that and beat me, but then the day after with an oppurtunity (he swore at me because he thought he could beat me) I smacked him in the face and all other things and made him cry for my revenge. ...... and that was the only time because I was Ill
  7. Yes !!!!!!!!!!! this book is Superb, in just 14 - 23 pages I learned to clear my mind, and there was this peice of wood that I was trying to break for weeks, but now that I cleared my mind the board was so easy to break, I feel very proud of myself Thanks to this book

  11. I got it now and yes its a good book, dont worry I didnt buy for a learn JKD in 10 lessons,........ I read like 2 or 3 pages a day, but if I am bored I read alot more.

  16. I think its because they dont have protein or mass so they don't have power, I just simply asked if it makes you more stamina or something like that.

  20. well I have posted here before about my knuckles broken, I was waiting for it to heal but that took too long but then I found how to heal quicker I drank MILK, and that actually healed my knuckle, so now I do Knuckle push-ups and my knuckles are really strengthining Try that, I can't find any other way to heal except for waiting ..or drinking the almighty MILK , oh and do Knuckle Push ups on a hard surface like wooden floors or marble.
  21. I say take a rest for quite some time and block the opponent punches.
